In this article, you’ll learn how the Digistore24 interface is structured. The goal is to help you find your way around quickly so you can focus on your core business - selling and/or promoting products.
Tip
We’ve fundamentally redesigned the Digistore24 interface - especially the navigation - so you can use Digistore24 even more easily.
For a transition period, you can switch between the old and new interface - use the New Navigation toggle at the very bottom of the left sidebar.

Navigation in the left sidebar
The navigation gives you quick access to the various features Digistore24 offers - for example, product management or the Digistore24 Marketplace.
You’ll always see the navigation - no matter where you are in Digistore24.
User icon & user menu
Click the user icon in the top right to open the user menu. There you have quick access to your account details (e.g., contact, address, and tax data), can switch the view (Vendor vs. Affiliate) and language, and log out of Digistore24.

What you see here depends on the menu item you’ve opened. For example, if you have just signed in to Digistore24, you’ll see the Dashboard, as it’s the start page. There you can see your most important revenue and sales figures in real time, so you always stay up to date.
Navigation Features
The navigation is the central starting point from which you access the various features and functions of Digistore24.

Important: The navigation differs depending on the view: In Digistore24, you can sell products as a Vendor and/or promote products as an Affiliate. Different functions are important for each purpose. That’s why you can switch between the Vendor and Affiliate view in the user menu - and you’ll then see a different navigation.
Features for Vendors
Here you’ll find explanations for all areas of the navigation in the Vendor view.
"Create a product" - quick access to product creation
The Create a product button takes you directly to the product configuration for a new product. Once you’ve created your new product, you’ll find it under Product setup > Product configuration.
Dashboard
On the Dashboard, you can see the most important revenue and sales figures of your business in real time, so you always stay up to date. The Dashboard is also the start page - so it's the first thing you see when you log in to Digistore24.
The dashboard also shows important messages from Digistore24 - for example about new features, legal changes, or actions you need to take. These messages appear at the very top.
Product setup
In Product setup, you configure everything you need to sell your products - from product management to checkout. You create and maintain your products and order forms, and define order form and affiliate tracking if needed. You’ll also find features for delivering products (digital and physical) as well as tools to increase your conversion.
- Products: Your product overview, create and edit products (product configuration), access the Conversion Cockpit with the upsell feature, set up customer offers (e.g., upgrades), define return policies for your products.
- Order forms: Overview of your order forms, create and edit order forms (e.g., as a standalone page or as an embedded multi-step order box), define additional input fields, set up order form tracking & affiliate tracking (e.g., via promocode).
- Product delivery: Features for delivering physical/shipping products (shipping costs, delivery notes) and digital products (download vault, e-tickets, license keys, booking calendar).
- Increase conversion: Use conversion tools (e.g., social proof, countdown timer, trust badges) and discount codes.
- Others: Manage content pages and images.
Affiliates & partners
In Affiliates & partners you manage everything related to working with affiliates and other partners. You have access to the Digistore24 marketplace and can create marketplace entries so affiliates can promote your products.
- Affiliate settings: Manage affiliate partnerships, manage the customers-to-affiliates program, set the affiliate manager commission, enable lifetime affiliate scheme.
- Marketplace: Access the Digistore24 marketplace, add products to the marketplace so affiliates can promote them - and increase your sales.
- Partnerships: Set up joint ventures, manage the affiliate referral program, cross upsells.
Reports
In Reports you’ll find all evaluations and lists you need to monitor and track your sales and processes. This includes, among other things, Transactions and Sales, Commissions and Payouts as well as buyer and order overviews.
You also have access to the Digistore24 analytics to analyze your business performance in detail, as well as reports on your IPN integrations, if you’ve set them up.
Settings
In Settings, you define central account configurations - for example account access, integrations, security, and payout account.
- Manage sales teams: Digicalls24 – set up and manage phone sales teams including commissions, ticket triggers, etc.
- Integrations (IPN) configuration: Manage IPN connections (Instant Payment Notification) to connect external systems (e.g., membership areas or email marketing tools) with Digistore24.
- Approval policies: Create rules for when orders are automatically approved, declined, or paused (e.g., depending on payment methods, order amount, products, or affiliate criteria).
- Account access: Set up access for other accounts and assign permissions (e.g., accounting, support).
- Block list: Block buyers (e.g., by email address) to prevent fraud.
- Custom domains: Provide order forms via your custom domain - for example to strengthen your brand.
- Payout account: Set up a payout account including payout method so Digistore24 can pay out your earnings.
- W-8BEN/W8 tax information: Upload an IRS tax form if required (only relevant for the US reseller).

Marketplace
In the Digistore24 marketplace, you’ll find products that vendors have listed - along with all important information and KPIs. You can promote these products and earn money through commissions.
- You’ll find many exciting products to promote in the marketplace - you can search for products and filter and sort them using various criteria.
- For each marketplace entry, you’ll find the most important KPIs, for example, commission, cart conversion, or cancellation rate, as well as helpful information from vendors.
- You can bookmark listings you’re particularly interested in to quickly access them again at any time.
- If you want to promote a product, you can request the promolink with one click - and embed it on your sites, socials, etc.
Sales & partners
In Sales & partners, you manage important building blocks for your affiliate business, for example, content links, integrations and tracking, as well as collaboration with vendors.
- Content links: Create content links to send visitors to your own pages first (instead of directly to the sales page).
- Integrations: Set up integrations via S2S postback to pass data to external tracking or marketing tools (e.g., Facebook).
- Tracking: Use tracking parameters and methods to evaluate campaigns and sales (e.g., via tracking codes/pixels in connected systems).
- Vendor partnerships: Check and manage partnerships (e.g., status, commission, promolink).
- Joint ventures: Joint ventures and the affiliate referral program.
Reports
In Reports, you’ll find all evaluations and lists you need to monitor and track your sales and processes. This includes, among other things, Transactions, Sales, Commissions, and Payouts.
You also have access to the Digistore24 analytics to analyze your business performance in detail.
Settings
In Settings, you set up your payout account so Digistore24 can pay out your earnings.
User Menu Features
Click the user icon at the top right to open the user menu.
Access account details
Under Edit account details, you can set up and manage your Digistore24 account, for example, your address data, tax data, and reseller contracts.
A fully set up Digistore24 account is required so Digistore24 can pay out your earnings:

-> Set up Digistore24 account as an affiliate
Switch view
In Digistore24, you can sell products as a Vendor and/or promote products as an Affiliate. Different functions are important for each purpose. Different functions are important for each purpose. If you have account access, you can also select the view here - for example, support or accounting.
Change language
Select the language you prefer to work in.
Logout
When you’re done for the day, log out. This is especially important if other people have access to your computer.
