In the IPN reports, you can view the IPNs sent by Digistore24. This way, you always have an overview of the information transmitted within the IPN connections that you have set up.

IPN reports provide the following:

• You can track all sent IPNs using an overview and check, for example, whether an IPN was sent successfully.
• You can filter the overview, e.g. by target system.
• You can export the overview as a CSV file.
• You can open a detailed view of the IPN to see more information.

1. Log into your Digistore24 account.
2. Go to Reports > Integrations (IPN) in the vendor view. An overview of all sent IPNs is now displayed.
3. If you want to filter the overview: Select filter criteria in the fields above the overview, e.g. Call successful and/or IPN connection and click on Search. A filtered overview of the sent IPNs will now be displayed.
4. If you want to export the overview as a CSV file: Click on CSV Export and then select the desired format. The overview will then be exported as a CSV file.

   Note

   If you filtered the overview, the filtering is taken into account in the CSV export. Only the data that is displayed in the current overview will be exported.

5. If you like to open the detailed view of an IPN, simply click on the magnifying glass icon for an IPN in the overview. The detailed view of the IPN opens.
