I have placed an order on Digistore24

Set up payout account as an affiliate

After providing your address and VAT ID/tax number, you now have to add a payout account to which Digistore24 will pay your earnings.

Note
If you choose PayPal as your payout method, a one-time setup fee of 1.00 € / 1.00$ / 1.00£ will be charged. See also fees for PayPal payouts.

This is how to set up your payout account:

  1. In the vendor view, click on Settings > Payout account.
  2. Fill in all fields. Find explanations here.
  3. Now scroll up to the Current password field. Enter your Digistore24 password here. This is used to validate your entries.
  4. Then click on Save.

Explanation for all fields

Field
 		Explanation
Current password Here you enter the password you use to log into Digistore24. This is used to validate your entries when saving.
Payouts per month

Select when (on which days of the month) you want your payouts to be made.

Note: The payout will only be triggered when the payout threshold is reached (see the next field). You can find out about the other payout factors here.

Payout threshold

The payout threshold is the amount that must be reached in order to trigger a payout.

Example: You set the payout threshold as 60 euros. However, after deducting the Digistore24 margin, affiliate commissions, and the security deposit, you’re only left with 50 euros: the payout won’t be triggered. Check out this article for more information.

Note: Please be aware that a security deposit is required for each payout. This deposit applies in addition to the payout threshold you set. Read this article for further details.

Active This field is set to Yes by default. Your settings will only take effect when this is set to Yes.
For sales in currencies

Here you select which transactions (from which currencies) should be paid out to the desired account.

Example:
Customer A buys your product and pays in euros.
Customer B buys your product and pays in dollars.
Reseller Here you specify which reseller should make the payment. This could be particularly useful if you sell your products via multiple resellers.
Notify by email Enter your preferred email address(es) here if you’d like to be notified of the payout by email.
Payout method Here you choose the account to which the payout should be made. Select a method from the dropdown list and enter the requested information.
The payout

Choose in which currency you want the payout to be made.

Note: AUD, CAD, MXN, NZD, and ZAR currencies can only be paid out in USD.
