Introduction
As a vendor/affiliate, you can have the system create reports on your KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) and send them to you automatically by email. To do this, you create a report template under Reports > Analytics > CSV Export. A step-by-step guide can be found below.
In the report template, select the following:

Grouping
What the report should be about, e.g., product, tracking codes

KPI
Which KPIs should be included in your report, e.g., conversion rate, earnings per click, cancellations

Interval
When (at what interval) you want to receive your report
Note
This field is preselected for you. You can change it at any time.

Format
In which format the report should be sent to you:
- XLSX for Excel
- CSV for Excel
- CSV for Mac
- custom settings
To represent different use cases, you can create multiple report templates. You will receive an email with a download link (at your desired interval), where you can download the created report. It will also automatically be saved in your account under Reports > Analytics > CSV Export.
NoteYou can switch from automatic sending to manual sending at any time. This means the report will be created and then only sent to you when you press the button manually.
Create Report Template
- Open Reports > Analytics to enter Digistore24 Analytics.
- Click on the Export tab. This will take you to the section where you can create report templates.
- Now click on Create report template to set up the report you want to receive.
- Fill in the forms for the following sections. Click on Next step to navigate from one section to the next:

Filter and Groupings
"Grouping" is the category or object for which you want to create your report.
Example: You want to create reports for "Products" or "Tracking key". Use the filter to specify this in more detail. For example, select a specific product or enter a specific key.

Select KPIs
Select the KPIs that you want to receive in your export. A maximum of 30 KPIs can be selected. All KPIs and their explanations can be found here.

Some KPIs are preselected. You can change them as desired.

Time zone
This field is preselected for you. The system automatically selects the time zone you are in at the time of report creation. If you want to edit this, select your preferred time zone. Our system will use this time zone when sending you reports.
Example: You want to receive daily reports. Our system will always send you "yesterday's" report "today". The system will consider your desired time zone to calculate "today" and "yesterday".

Time interval
This field is preselected for you. If you want to edit it, choose one of the intervals below:

Daily
You will receive the report from the previous day every day.

Weekly
You can select the days of the week on which you want to receive a report. For example, if you select 3 days of the week, you will receive your report 3 times a week on the selected days.

Monthly
Specify when in the month you want to receive your report, e.g., on the 3rd, 4th, 5th of the month. The report will be a summary of the month, i.e., the individual days will not be listed separately.

Manual
Select "Manual" if you do not want to receive an automatic report. The report will only be generated when you actively click the "Send now" button. More information can be found here.
Note
Report generation starts immediately after the interval is completed. For example, for a monthly interval, the report is created as soon as a new month begins.

Format
Select the format in which you want to receive your report. In the "Custom setting" field, you can select the separator and encoding (utf-8, Windows-1252).

Export name
This field is pre-filled for you. The export name is "unknown" for now. This name will be used for every report from this template. Edit it by entering your desired name.

Send email report to
This field is pre-filled with the email address of your Digistore24 account. To enter a different email address, delete the existing one and enter your desired email address. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.

Step-by-step guide: Edit, delete, download, manually send report templates
Edit templates
You can edit and change your report templates at any time. The modified version will apply to future reports, i.e., reports that haven't been created yet.
- To edit your template, click on the pencil icon.
- Adjust your information.
- Click on Finish.
Download or delete reports
Created reports are available for download for 3 months. We recommend saving (downloading) the created reports locally. If you want to create a new report for a past period, proceed as described here.
To download reports:
- Switch to the Created reports tab.
- Click on the three dots to open the action menu.
- Select the Download field. The report will be downloaded.
NoteTo delete reports, select the Delete field and click Apply.
Fields in the "Created reports" column

Name | Name of the report. You specified this name during report creation. |
Time period | Time period for which the report was created. |
Time zone | Time zone to which the report refers. This is the time zone you selected during report creation. |
Status | Status of report creation, e.g., report created (check mark) or report in progress. |
Download | The report is automatically downloaded when this button is clicked. |
Delete | Clicking this opens a dialog box where you can confirm whether you really want to delete your report. If you delete your report, it will be permanently removed. |
Manually send reports / create reports retrospectively
This enables you to create a report manually and have it sent to you.
- Switch to the Report templates tab.
- Click on the three dots to open the action menu.
- Click on Send now. An action window will open.
- Select the period for which you want to receive a report. The report will be sent to the email addresses specified in the template. It will also be available in the Created reports tab for 3 months.
