Digistore24 provides you with Digistore24 Analytics, dashboards and the Conversion Cockpit as statistics to help you keep an eye on your KPIs.

Asynchronous Counting

Counting on the server is asynchronous. Please note the following:

Statistical values for real-time activities, such as clicks on promo links or subscription cancellations, only become visible in the statistics after a few minutes.

Example:

If you search for the number of promo clicks for today at 14:05, you'll see the statistics as of a few minutes ago. All clicks that occurred at 14:05 will only be visible after a few minutes.

Attention

Promocode or Promolink required

To ensure proper tracking, you have to use Digistore24 promolinks and/or promocodes. This is the only way to calculate certain KPIs, e.g., "click-to-order form conversion", "click-to-sale conversion". In addition, you can use it to individually track your funnel entry.

Counting of Unique Visitors

Only unique visitors are counted. So if a user opens the same link multiple times in the same browser, it will only be counted once.

Note

URLs that are blocked by privacy plugins etc. cannot be tracked. Bots and crawlers are not counted.
