Digistore24 Analytics shows you all statistical sales data and KPIs about your business. You can use these to analyze your campaigns and sales funnels and find out what is most successful.

AttentionFor seamless tracking, it is necessary to use a promocode and/or promo-pixel. Only this way, certain KPIs can be calculated. Furthermore, tracking occurs directly at the funnel entry. More information on setting up promocodes and promo-pixels can be found here.
Funnel Entry Options
In order for Digistore24 Analytics to record your KPIs, e.g. the number of sales page visitors, right from the start, it is important that your funnel entry (beginning of the sales process) occurs with a Digistore24 promocode or promo-pixel.
Usually, every sales process starts with a prospect opening your sales page via URL. If you have embedded the Digistore24 promo-pixel or link on your sales page, Digistore24 will automatically count KPIs like your sales page visitors from the very beginning. For more information, see here.
Below you will find options for the funnel entry. Here you will see which KPIs are recorded when you use a promo-pixel or no promo-pixel on your sales page. Furthermore, you will learn which KPIs are recorded when the customer reaches your sales page via a promo-link.

Functions of Digistore24 Analytics
Digistore24 Analytics builds on dashboards. Therefore, you will find the same components, KPIs/statistics, and display types here.
The setup of Digistore24 Analytics also works like the setup of dashboards. The difference: Dashboards are designed for passive viewing of KPIs, while Digistore24 Analytics is designed for active work with KPIs.

Global Filters
In dashboards, you set filters for each widget individually. In Digistore24 Analytics, there are global filters: simply click on + Add filter on the left-hand side and you can filter all your metrics by a category.

** This filter searches for transactions made under the CPA program. CPA (Cost per Action) is a billing method for affiliate remuneration. This remuneration method can only be used for sales through Digistore24 Inc. (DS.us).
Groupings
The KPIs can also be grouped by the categories mentioned in the table above. For example, you can change the values in your KPI table:
- If you select Product under Grouping, the values of your products will be displayed
- If you select Affiliates under Grouping, the values of your affiliates will be displayed
- etc.
