Note
For now, dashboards (formerly the Business Cockpit) are only available to users with a Digistore24 Inc. reseller contract. We will update this article as soon as the feature is available for other resellers.
Dashboards in Digistore24 give you an overview of your business development. They show you the most important turnover and sales figures in real-time, so you always stay up to date.
Note
Benefits of Dashboards
- An Overview dashboard shows you Your earnings, Daily earnings, Payouts and Top affiliates by default
- You can create and configure your own dashboards according to your needs
- Precise settings and filters can be set per tile and filter
- All important data can be seen at a glance
- New trends, opportunities, and optimization possibilities are immediately visible.
- One-time setting is enough to stay informed
TipIf you want to analyze your data in more detail (e.g., to make business decisions, answer questions in a data-driven manner), use the Analytics.
AttentionFor seamless tracking, you must use a promolink and/or a promocode. This is necessary for calculating certain KPIs and for tracking directly at the funnel entry. More information on setting up promolinks and promocodes can be found here.
Opportunities for Funnel Entries
A funnel entry is the beginning of the sales process. Usually, every sales process starts with a prospect opening your sales page via URL.
You can direct the visitor directly to the sales page.
However, if you want Digistore24 to count sales page visitors, you should either include a promocode on your sales page or use the promolink. Then Digistore24 will automatically count the sales page visitors.
Check here for more information.
Funnel entry options: Funnel entry can take place at the following points:

Components of Dashboards
Dashboards are overviews. You can create different dashboards for various use cases.
By components here we mean tiles, metrics, and display types that you can freely assemble for a better overview.
NoteYou can also find these components in the Digistore24 Analytics tool.
Tiles
Statistics and data (metrics) are displayed in tiles.
Metrics
Metrics are statistical values (numbers and data). Examples of metrics are: the number of your sales, your earnings, or the conversion rate. Here is a list of all metrics.
Display types
The display type determines how your metrics are shown. Possible display types are: tables, lists, line charts, etc. Here is a list of all display types.
