Because Digistore24 is a reseller platform, you need to conclude a Digistore24 reseller contract before you as a vendor/affiliate can sell or market your products on our platform. You can find an overview of all Digistore24 resellers here.

By default, you automatically conclude a contract with the reseller in whose area you are located when you register.

Example

• If you are located in Germany or within Europe (except from the UK) when you register, you automatically conclude the reseller contract with “Digistore24 GmbH, Germany”. You can subsequently conclude a contract with the other Digistore24 resellers.
• If you are located outside of Europe, you automatically conclude the reseller contract with “Digistore24 Inc., USA”. You can subsequently conclude a contract with the other Digistore24 resellers.
• If you are located in the UK when you register, you automatically conclude the reseller contract with “Digistore24 LTD, United Kingdom”. You can subsequently conclude a contract with the other Digistore24 resellers.

Depending on the use case, you may want to conclude an additional reseller contract, e.g. you have a contract with the reseller Digistore24 GmbH, but also want to be able to sell your products in the USA. To do this, you'll need a contract with the reseller Digistore24 Inc. You can find more use cases here.

Proceed as follows to conclude an additional reseller contract.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click the user icon in the upper right corner and Edit account details and scroll to the Reseller contracts window.
2. Click on Read B2B contract to find out more about the terms of the contract.
3. If you agree to the terms and conditions, click on the button Conclude B2B of the corresponding reseller.
4. Click on Yes to conclude the contract.
