I have placed an order on Digistore24

Set up payout account as a vendor

Once you have entered your address and VAT ID/ tax number, you will need to add a payout account to which Digistore24 will transfer your earnings.

If you choose PayPal as a payout method, there is a one-time setup fee of €1.00 / $1.00 / £1.00. See also fees for PayPal payouts.  

This is how you set up your payout account:

  1. In the vendor view, go to Account > Payout account.
  2. Fill out all fields. Find explanations here.
  3. Now scroll up to the Current Password field. Enter your Digistore24 password here. This is to validate your entries.
  4. Then click on Save.

Explanation of all fields

Fields Explanation
Current Password Enter the password you use to log in to Digistore24. This will validate your changes when saving.
Payouts in the month

Choose when (on which days of the month) your payouts should occur.

Note: Payout will only be triggered if the payout threshold is reached (see next field). Other factors that influence your payout can be found here.

Payout threshold

The payout threshold is the amount that must be reached for a payout to be triggered.

Example: You enter the amount 60 as the payout threshold. However, after deducting Digistore24 margin, affiliate commissions, and security reserve, you are left with 50: The payout will not be triggered. For more information, see this article.

Note: A security reserve is applied to each payout. The payout threshold must still be reached after deducting this. See this article for more information.

Active This field is set to Yes by default. Only then will your settings take effect.
For revenues in the currencies

Select which revenues (from which currencies) should be paid to the desired account.

Example:
Customer A buys your product and pays in euros.
Customer B buys your product and pays in dollars.
Reseller Select which reseller should make the payout if you sell your products through multiple resellers.
Notify by email Enter your desired email address(es) here if you want to be notified of the payout by email.
Payout method Select which account your payout should be made to. Choose a method from the drop-down list and enter the corresponding information.
The payout Select in which currency the payout should be made.
