Change payout account

Here's how to change an existing payout account:

  1. In the vendor or affiliate view, go to Settings > Payout account.
  2. Edit the details of your existing payout account.
  3. Once you've adjusted everything, scroll up to the Current password field and enter your Digistore24 password.
  4. Scroll to the end of the account you edited and click Save.

Your changes are saved.

Saving the right account

If you have several payout accounts, they're listed one below another — and each has its own Save button. Make sure you're editing and saving the right one.

Changing bank details

Payouts always use your current settings on the payout day. If you change key bank details, your account goes back into review and can't pay out until it's approved again.
