If you have lost access to your two-factor authentication (2FA), Digistore24 support will be able to help you.
Send a request to our support team (for vendors or for affiliates) with the following criteria:
- Send proof of identity for the personal data stored in the Digistore24 account concerned, e.g. a photo of your ID card or passport.
- Ask to disable 2FA so that you can log in using your regular Digistore24 password.
- Use the email address on file for the Digistore24 account concerned.
- Provide the Digistore24 ID for the respective account.
