You can reset your Digistore24 password if you forget it. You can also change it if desired.

Note

We never ask you for your password and will never send you a new password without asking.

Reset password

If you have forgotten your Digistore24 password, you can reset it in the login window. Proceed as follows:

1. Click on the Logout button in the header if you are logged in.
2. Open https://www.digistore24.com/
3. Click on Login in the header menu. A window will now be displayed.
4. Click on Forgot password? The reset password page will now be displayed.
5. Enter the email address you used to register on Digistore24. If the email address is correct, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Change password

To change your password, proceed as follows:

1. Log into Digistore24.
2. Go to Account > Details.
3. Enter your Current password.
4. Enter your New password.
5. Enter your new password again in the Confirm new password field.
6. Click on Save at the bottom of the page. The change will take effect immediately and will be confirmed to you via email. You'll be automatically logged out and redirected to the login page.
