You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Digistore24 account. With 2FA enabled, you'll only be able to log into Digistore24 if you confirm your identity via a second method after entering your password, e.g. an authenticator app on your mobile phone.

2FA enhances the security of your Digistore24 account and prevents unauthorized people from logging into your account even if they know your password.

With 2FA, you can confirm your identity using the following methods:

• Use 2FA with the Digistore24 app ^Recommended
• Use 2FA with an authenticator app
• Use 2FA with hardware security key
• Use 2FA with Apple Touch ID / Windows Hello

Tip

You can set up 2FA on two devices. If you don't log in using one of them, you have the other as a backup.
