When you registered for Digistore24, you used an email address to create your account. This is the email address you need to log into Digistore24.

• You can find the email address under Account > Details.
• Send all requests to our support team from this email address. This is the only way that our support team can identify you. See Contact for vendors or Contact for affiliates.

Login without two-factor authentication

If you have not set up two-factor authentication (2FA), you can log into Digistore24 using only your email address and Digistore24 password.

Proceed as follows:

1. Open https://www.digistore24.com/.
2. Click on Login in the header menu. A window will now be displayed.
3. Enter your email address and password in the window. You created the password when you registered.
4. You have the option to check the Stay logged in checkbox. This will extend the period before you are automatically logged out due to inactivity.
5. Click on Login.

Login with two-factor authentication

If you use two-factor authentication (2FA), you will be asked to log in a second time using your selected 2FA method.
