Why you might receive this email
The email is sent automatically when someone logs into your Digistore24 account and Digistore24 can't tell whether it was you or not.
When you log in, the device you use transmits data to Digistore24, allowing the system to recognize you. This data depends on the device used, the internet connection, and the location of the login. If the data transmitted when logging in is different than usual, this will be detected by Digistore24. This will happen if you use a different device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) or a different internet connection (hotspot, free wifi in a cafe or at a friend's house, etc.) to log in, and/or if you log in from a different location (holiday, business trip).
If Digistore24 cannot identify that it is you who is logging in, you will be informed via email for security purposes.
NoteThe email is a request for verification. It does not necessarily mean that outsiders have accessed your account.
