It is possible for you to delete your Digistore24 account.

Requirements

• No outstanding balances

  All amounts on your Digistore24 account must be paid out, i.e. there must be no remaining balance on your account. You can check if you have any pending payouts under Reports > Commissions. If so, please wait until we have paid them to your payout account.

  If it has been at least three months since the last transaction on your account and the balance has still not been paid out, please contact consultants@digistore24.com.

• No active products or subscriptions

  Your account must be inactive. This means you have to terminate all affiliate partnerships. Deactivate all your products. Make sure that you are not involved as a vendor or affiliate in active subscriptions that are still generating you earnings.

Delete account

1. Open https://www.digistore24.com.

   Note

   You can only delete your account via a browser, not via the Digistore24 app.

2. Log into your Digistore24 account.
3. Click on this link: Account > Details > Delete Account. An input form will now open.
4. Enter DELETE (in uppercase).
5. Enter your Current password.
6. Click on Save.
7. Click on Yes to confirm the following message if you want to proceed with the deletion. Once you've done this, your Digistore24 account will be deleted.
