It is possible for you to change your Digistore24 ID.

Requirements:

• You can only change your Digistore24 ID every 7 days.
• Each ID is unique, which means you can only choose an ID that is not already taken.
• The ID must start with a letter.
• The ID must be at least four characters long.
• The ID must be no longer than 31 characters.
• Only letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores are permitted.
• Do not use umlauts. Instead of ä, ü, ö, please use ae, ue, oe.

Proceed as follows:

1. Log into your Digistore24 account.
2. Open Account > Details.
3. Click on edit in the Digistore24 ID field under Account details. The input form is now displayed.
4. Enter the ID you would like in the Digistore24 ID field.
5. Enter your Current password.
6. Click on Save.
7. A confirmation message will be displayed. Confirm this by clicking on Yes. Once you've done this, your Digistore24 ID will be changed.
