Overview

Digistore24 is a reseller platform. When you register with us, you enter into a reseller contract. The contract is automatically selected based on the reseller's territory where you are located at the time of registration. You can subsequently enter into contracts with the other resellers at any time. See Conclude a reseller contract.

We differentiate between the following reseller contracts:

Digistore24 Inc., USA
Digistore24 LTD, United Kingdom

If you are located in Europe, we will need your VAT ID or tax number. This applies regardless of which reseller contract you conclude. See here.

Examples: When do I use which reseller?

In general:

Use the reseller whose countries you want to sell to.
If you sell physical products: Use (additionally) the reseller from whose countries you want to ship. This will simplify the customs process.
Additionally, use the reseller in whose countries the majority of your customers are located.

Tip
If you want to cover all use cases, you can conclude a contract with all resellers.
