Please note that you can only start selling once your product has been approved. If you use content pages and marketplace entries, these can also only be published on Digistore24 if they have been approved by us beforehand.
As a contractual partner, we want to offer both you as a vendor and your customers an optimal user experience. To ensure this, we seek to ensure the quality and reliability of all products, images, thank you pages, marketplace entries and affiliate support pages that are posted by vendors.
It is essential that:
- illegal or prohibited products are not sold via our platform.
- your products, product images, content pages and marketplace entries meet all legal requirements that are necessary for the respective reseller contractual partner.
Verification of these and other criteria is mandatory and is carried out by our product approval team.
Approval criteria per reseller
You can conclude one or two reseller contracts on Digistore24, depending on the countries in which you want to sell your products. With the reseller Digistore24 GmbH, you can sell your products worldwide, except in USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. With the reseller Digistore24 Inc., you can only sell in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You can find more information here.
There are different approval criteria for each reseller. Therefore, you have to request approval for your products for each reseller. You can find the approval criteria for Digistore24 GmbH here and for Digistore24 Inc. here.
Note
You can only request approval from the reseller with which you have concluded a reseller contract. If you want to check whether you have a reseller contract with the desired reseller or if you want to conclude a second reseller contract, proceed as described here.
The approval process
Before requesting approval for your product, make sure that:
- it is complete
- all the necessary product settings have been set
- all the approval criteria for your desired reseller have been met
How the process works:
- You submit your product/image, logo/content page or marketplace entry for approval.
- Our product approval team reviews them according to the respective reseller's criteria.
- If you meet all the required criteria, approval will be granted. You will receive an automated email from us informing you that you can start selling your products/using your product images, content pages, etc.
- If you do not meet all the required criteria, your product will be rejected. In this case, you will receive an email from us. Go through the criteria again and resubmit your product for approval. If you have any questions about the rejection, simply respond to the email you received from us.
Note
We strive to complete the approval process within 48 hours of your submission. This time frame only applies from Monday to Friday and when there are no public holidays.
Note
If we approve your product and no sales occur within one year, the approval will expire. You can then reapply for approval.

Important
Regardless of compliance with the approval criteria, these products are generally prohibited and will be rejected during product approval. The same applies to products that violate our terms and conditions or are pyramid schemes. Products on the subject of “making money” will only be approved if we deem them to be comprehensible, serious, completely legal, and include ethically justifiable strategies.
