Reseller contracts at Digistore24

Digistore24 is a reseller platform. Before you can sell or promote products here, you need a contract with one of its resellers (see Digistore24 reseller overview).

When you register, Digistore24 sets up one reseller contract for you automatically — with the reseller for the region you registered in.

Which contract you get by default

Your default reseller depends on the country you register in:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Liechtenstein Digistore24 GmbH
The United Kingdom Digistore24 LTD
Ireland or the rest of Europe Digistore24 MSLW Limited
The USA, Canada, Australia, or the rest of the world Digistore24 Inc.

You can accept a contract with any of the other resellers at any time.

When you need an additional contract

Your default contract covers one region. To reach buyers in another region, accept an additional reseller contract for it.

For example, you have a contract with Digistore24 GmbH (DE) but also want to sell in the USA. In that case, accept an additional contract with Digistore24 Inc. (US). For more use cases, see Digistore24 reseller overview.

Accept an additional reseller contract

Here's how to accept an additional reseller contract:

  1. Click the user icon (top-right), then Account details, and scroll to the Reseller contracts section.
  2. Click Read B2B contract to review the terms.
  3. If you agree to the terms, click Conclude B2B contract for that reseller.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

The contract is now active. Next, set up a payout account for that reseller (see how to set up a payout account as a vendor or as an affiliate).
