AttentionDuring the approval process, we look at your sales page, product, and thank you page. We want to ensure that all information, such as the return period, is consistent and matches your product settings in Digistore24. Please make sure that your product, sales page, and thank you page are ready before requesting approval for your product.
Vendors who have a reseller contract with Digistore24 Inc. can sell their products in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Certain criteria for the sales page and products must be met in order to sell in these countries. Please ensure that all criteria for your sale via Digistore24 Inc. are fulfilled before submitting your product for approval.
1. Approval Criteria for Product and Sales Page

Complete your sales page before submitting it. Ensure quality and professionalism. Important: Ensure your sales page is accessible to us, i.e., it should not be private or password-protected. Tip: You can also use your Digistore24 form as a sales page. Find a procedure for this here. |
| Product Description | Describe your product clearly and concisely. The customer should know exactly what they are buying. |
| Product Price |
Clearly and visibly communicate your price. It should match your information on Digistore24 and offer a fair price-performance ratio. For subscriptions with minimum terms: Display the minimum term clearly and visibly to the customer. For upsells: Inform the customer on your upsell sales page exactly how much the product costs and whether it is a subscription product. This information should not be hidden in a video but be directly visible. |
| Product Type | The product type is important so that the correct tax rate is calculated in the order form. Please select the product type that applies to your product. Depending on the product type, additional criteria must be met for approval. These can be found here. |
| Product Delivery | Clearly explain the format in which the customer will receive the product, e.g., digitally via download or by post. |
| Return Policy |
Clearly communicate the return policy. The return period must be displayed. A seal alone is not sufficient. For sales via Digistore24 Inc, return periods of 60, 90, or 180 days are available. |
| Buy Button and Links |
If you use a buy button on your sales page, it should link to a Digistore24 order form. Furthermore, ensure that all links you use are functional. Important: Direct links to other payment providers not integrated with Digistore24 are not permitted. This rule ensures fairness to our affiliates, who would otherwise not be compensated for such purchases. |

2. Additional Criteria for These Product Types

ImportantSince the product type is relevant for tax purposes, you are required to submit your product for approval again if you change the product type after it has already been approved. You cannot sell during the renewed approval process.
