Filter master account by sub-accounts

In your master account, the statistical data from all your Digistore24 sub-accounts is displayed together.

You can also use filters in the master account to differentiate between the individual sub-accounts. This allows you to view the performance of the individual Digistore24 accounts in the context of the company figures.

Filtering in dashboards

Proceed as follows:

  1. Log into your master account.
  2. Activate the master account (vendor) or the master account (affiliate) view.
  3. In Dashboards, click on a dashboard to display it.
  4. Create a new tile or open a tile for editing.
  5. Click on the Add filter button under Set filter. New fields for the filter will be displayed.
  6. In the first field, select whether the vendor or affiliate key figures of the sub-account should be filtered:
    • Select Vendor to filter by the vendor key figures
    • Select Affiliate to filter by the affiliate key figures
  7. In the second field, enter the vendor sub-account or the affiliate ID.
  8. For tiles with the display type Line chart, select a color in the field below to display the line of the selected account.
  9. In the same way, add filters for all Digistore24 accounts that should be included in this tile.
  10. Click on Finish (for new tiles) or Save (for existing tiles). The dashboard will be displayed. You will now see differentiated values for your individual sub-accounts in the edited tile.

Repeat the process for each tile in which the desired accounts should be included.

Filtering in Digistore24 analytics

In Digistore24 Analytics, global filters are available for each dashboard, which are applied to all tiles in the selected dashboard.

  1. Log into your master account.
  2. Activate the Master account view.
  3. Click on Reports in the menu and then on Analytics.
  4. Click on a dashboard to display it.
  5. Click on Add filter in the Filter section on the left-hand side. New fields for the filter will be displayed.
  6. In the first field, select whether the vendor or affiliate key figures of the sub-account should be filtered:
    • Select Vendor to filter by the vendor key figures
    • Select Affiliate to filter by the affiliate key figures
  7. In the second field, enter the vendor sub-account or the affiliate ID.
  8. In the same way, add filters for all Digistore24 sub-accounts that should be included on the selected dashboard.
