You can specify any Digistore24 account as the master account for your company figures.
An account automatically becomes the master account if you create at least one sub-account. The master account (vendor) and master account (affiliate) views will then appear in the master account header.
You can also assign the master account to yourself. Only then will the data of the master account itself be taken into account in the master account view. This makes sense if you generate sales using the master account.
Proceed as follows:
- Decide on a Digistore24 account that you would like to use as your master account. We recommend the most frequently used account.
- Log into the Digistore24 account that should be the sub-account of the master account. (Log into the master account to assign it to yourself).
- Go to Settings > Account access in the vendor view.
- Click on New account access. The input form will be displayed.
- Enter the Digistore24 ID of the master account in the Accessor field.
- Select the Master account option in the Authorization field.
- Optional: Enter a short text in the Note field. The note is displayed in the overview table of your configured account accesses.
- Optional: Click on No in the Active field if you want to set up account access but do not want to activate it yet.
- Optional: Click on No in the 2FA required field if the master account is allowed to access the other account without two-factor authentication (2FA) being set up.
- Optional: Click on Yes in the May use my 2FA device field and confirm by clicking on OK in the following message that you are the only one who will access the account.
Attention
You should only activate this field if you are the only person using the master account. You can then use 2FA access for multiple accounts.
- Click on the Save button.
Repeat these steps for each additional Digistore24 account and enter the Digistore24 ID of the master account in the Accessor field each time.
