If your company has multiple Digistore24 accounts, you can use one of them as the master account. The statistical data of all sub-accounts are added together in the master account.
In addition to the account-specific vendor and affiliate views, you also have the cross-account views master account (vendor) and master account (affiliate) in the master account.
In the master account (vendor) view, you have access to the master dashboard and master analytics to view overall vendor KPIs for all sub-accounts.
In the master account (affiliate) view, you have access to the master dashboard and the master analytics to view overall affiliate KPIs for all sub-accounts.
This gives you a comprehensive view of your company figures and helps you to measure the overall economic status of your company and identify any need for optimization.
- The master account only takes into account statistical data that is displayed in dashboards or in the Digistore24 Analytics of the individual sub-accounts.
- The master account does not show any payout values. You can view these individually in the vendor or affiliate view of the respective account.
- The master account does not display any promolink generators. You can view these individually in the vendor or affiliate view of the respective account.
- The master account does not display any partnerships. You can view these in the affiliate view of the respective account.
- The master account displays aggregated values. You can also filter by the values of individual accounts.
- The master account only includes data from Digistore24 accounts for which you have set master account access authorization.
- You can use any of your Digistore24 accounts as a master account.
- When you make an account a master account, it will receive two new views: master account (vendor) and master account (affiliate). You can continue using the master account as normal by activating the normal vendor or affiliate view.
