You have purchased a product from a product vendor that sells their products via Digistore24. Now you want to access your product. This article will tell you how to do this.
Product vendors have various options when it comes to delivering products. This also depends on the product type.
In most cases, products are delivered using one of these methods:
- Order confirmation email from Digistore24
- Order confirmation page
- Email from product vendor
- By post for physical products (shipping products)
Below you will find detailed information on how to access your product using the various delivery methods.
TipIn most cases, products are delivered using one method. For example, if you cannot find your product in the order confirmation email from Digistore24, try the order confirmation page or the other methods. You do not need a Digistore24 account to access your product.
Order confirmation email from Digistore24
After your purchase, Digistore24 will send you an order confirmation email to the email address you provided on the order form when you made your purchase.
The order confirmation email has the following properties:
- The sender is
Digistore24 support <support@digistore24.com>
- The subject is
Digistore24 - Order successful / access
Tip
If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or trash folder.
For example, access data for online courses, e-tickets for events and seminars, or licence keys for software are often delivered directly in this order confirmation email.
Read the email carefully and look out for phrases such as "Your login details for...". Also check whether the email has an attachment.
Tip
You can also access the details and the invoice for your order in the order confirmation email.
Order confirmation page/order overview page
You will be redirected to an order confirmation page immediately after purchasing your product. In many cases, you can access digital products and downloads directly on the order confirmation page.
It's not a problem if you've already closed the page. You can reopen the order confirmation page at any time.
How to open the order confirmation page:
- Open the order confirmation email you received from Digistore24 after your purchase.

Under point 2. You can gain access to your purchase, by using this following link: you will find the link to the order confirmation page.
- Open the link and check whether you can find information on how to access your product.
If you can no longer find the order confirmation email, you can also open the order overview page. The only requirement for this is that you know the order ID of your order (see Where can I find my order ID?).
How to open the order overview page:
If you have not paid by credit card
- Open this link: https://www.digistore24.com/en/find-my-order
- Enter your order ID in the Digistore24 order number field.
- Fill in one of the two possible fields:
- Either enter your email address you provided on the order form when you made your purchase or
- Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account number.
- Click on the Find order button.
You are now on the order overview page. Check whether you can find information on how to access your product, either directly on the page or, if available, via the Access purchase button.
If you did pay by credit card
- Open this link: https://www.digistore24.com/en/home/find_my_order/cc
- Enter your first name.
- Enter your last name.
- Enter the date of purchase.
- Enter the amount.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your credit card number.
- Click on the Find order button.
You are now on the order overview page. Check whether you can find information on how to access your product, either directly on the page or, if available, via the Access purchase button.
Please noteIf you can't fill in all the fields, e.g. because you can't remember the exact date of purchase, use this link instead. Enter your order ID and email address there and you'll also be taken to the order overview page.
Email from product vendor
Another option is for the product vendor to send you an email that you can use to access your product, e.g. the access data for a member area.
You should therefore check the inbox of the email address you entered on the order form when you made your purchase. Look for emails you received at the time of purchase or afterwards, or search for the name of the product vendor or product. To be on the safe side, check your spam folder and trash folder as well.
Shipping products
If you have ordered a physical product such as books or CDs, these will be sent to you in the traditional way by post. Lots of product vendors will automatically inform you about the status of the delivery. Contact the product vendor if you have any questions about the delivery. In most cases, you will find the product vendor's contact details on the order overview page or in the order confirmation email.
Please also always check whether the product is actually a physical shipping product. If you have ordered an e-book, for example, it will be delivered digitally and not by post.
