In the customer portal, you can find all orders you've placed through Digistore24 - in one place, organized and available at any time.
Here's what you can do in the customer portal:
- View your orders
- Download invoices
- Cancel a subscription
- Change your payment method
- Change your payment plan
- Pay outstanding balances
You don't need a password or an account. Just sign in with your email address and enter a one-time code - that's it.
Sign-in & access
How to sign in
- Open the customer portal.
- Click Send login code.
- Enter the email address you used when you made your purchase.
- Check your inbox - you'll receive a one-time code. The code is valid for 15 minutes.
- Enter the code - done.
You'll then see all orders associated with this email address.
Note
There is no password. Each time you sign in, you'll receive a new code via email.
Tip
Sign out after you're done - especially on shared devices. To do this, click on your email address at the top of the portal and then click Logout.
I didn't receive my code - what can I do?
If the one-time code hasn't arrived in your inbox:
- Check your spam folder.
- Request a new code - on the portal's sign-in page.
- Try using a different browser or a different device.
If none of this helps, our support team can change the email address linked to your order. Contact Digistore24 support:
I can't find my order - why?
The most common reason: You used a different email address when you made your purchase than the one you just signed in with. The portal only shows orders linked to the email address you entered.
How to find the right address:
- Search all your inboxes for the order confirmation email from Digistore24 - including your spam folder. The sender is
Digistore24 support <support@digistore24.com>and the subject line isDigistore24 - Order successful / access. - If you can't find the email, contact support:
I no longer have access to my email address - what can I do?
Our support team can change the email address linked to your order.
You'll need:
- Your order ID → Where can I find my order ID?
- The new email address you'd like to use
Contact Digistore24 support:
I've ordered with different email addresses - can I see everything in one portal?
Yes - our support team can update the email addresses on your individual orders so that all orders appear under one address.
Important
This does not change the login credentials for your product. However, all automated emails from Digistore24 - such as payment reminders, cancellation confirmations, or delivery information - will be sent to the new address going forward.

Do I need to register with Digistore24?
No. All you need is your email address and access to your inbox. Each time you sign in, a new one-time code is sent - no password, no account required.
Registration with Digistore24 is only for product vendors and affiliates, not for buyers.
Portal features
What can I do in the customer portal?
Once you've signed in with your email address, you'll see an overview of all orders you've placed with that address. For each order, you can:
- View order details - order ID, payment method, billing and shipping information, invoice history
- Download invoices - download individual invoices as PDF
- Cancel a subscription - if the requirements are met (more on this in the next question)
- Change your payment method - for ongoing payments such as subscriptions or installment plans (subject to approval by the new payment provider)
- Change your payment plan - e.g. switch from a monthly to an annual subscription (depending on the product - not available for all products)
- Pay outstanding balances
Can I cancel my subscription through the customer portal?
Yes, if all three requirements are met:
- You purchased as a private individual (not as a business).
- There are no outstanding payments.
- The subscription is cancellable - some payment plans run until the end of the agreed term and cannot be canceled early.
If the cancel button is not displayed, one of these requirements is not met.
How to cancel:
- Click Order details on the order.
- Under Current subscription, click Cancel subscription.
- Follow the remaining steps.

Can I change my payment method in the portal?
Yes - you can change the payment method for ongoing payments, such as subscriptions or installment plans. This is subject to approval by the new payment provider.
How to change your payment method:
- Click Order details on the order.
- Under Payment method, click Change payment method.
- Select a payment method and enter the required details.
- Click Update now at the bottom of the page.
Can I change my payment plan in the portal?
Yes - if the product vendor offers this option, you can change your payment plan and, for example, switch from a monthly to an annual subscription.
How to change your payment plan:
- Click Order details on the order.
- Under Current subscription, click Change plan.
- Select a payment plan and, if needed, a payment method.
- Click Update now at the bottom of the page.
Product & access
I found my order, but I can't access my product - what can I do?
The customer portal shows your orders with Digistore24. Access to the product itself - such as an online course, software, or membership area - is provided by the product vendor. These are two different things.
What you can do:
- Check whether the product vendor sent you a separate email with login credentials after your purchase. Also check your spam folder.
- Check the order overview page - you'll often find your login credentials or a link to the product there. To open the order summary page from the customer portal: Click Order details on the order, then click Order overview.
- If you forgot your password: Use "Forgot password" on the product's login page.
- If you need the product vendor's contact details: You'll also find these on the order overview page.
