If you want to return a product paid for via SEPA direct debit, special legal regulations apply to the refund.
Before we can accept your refund request and refund the amount paid to your account, we therefore need your cooperation.
What information do we need?
The following legal requirements apply to purchases made via SEPA direct debit:
- Purchases under €200: We need the complete buyer's address for the refund.
- Purchases over €200: We require proof of identity for the refund.
How do I submit my information?
This is how you submit the required information:

On the order overview page of the order to be refunded, click the Provide return Information button.
Alternatively: Open the link in the confirmation email you received from us after your refund request.
- Provide the required information.
- Click Submit.
Once verified positively by our support team, the paid amount is usually refunded to the account used for the payment within 10 business days.
