You have taken out a subscription with a product vendor that sells their products via Digistore24. However, you now want to cancel the subscription. This article explains how you can do this.
Please noteThe payment and cancellation terms for subscriptions may differ. This depends on which terms were agreed when the subscription was taken out.
Some subscriptions end automatically, for example, while other subscriptions have a predetermined minimum term. If you have taken out a subscription as a company, there is a possibility that it will be automatically renewed.
You can cancel a subscription via the order confirmation email.
After your purchase, Digistore24 will send you an order confirmation email to the email address you provided on the order form when you made your purchase.
The order confirmation email has the following properties:
- The sender is
Digistore24 support <support@digistore24.com>
- The subject is
Digistore24 - Order successful / access

If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or trash folder.

How to cancel a subscription:
- Open the order confirmation email.

Do you have a question concerning the order or the product? Find immediate help here:
A new page will open.
- In the Please tell us how we can help you... section, click on ...Question about the payment.
- Click on I want to cancel payments.
- You can enter your reason for cancellation in the text field.
- Click on the Stop payments and lose access later button.
- Click on Ok.
A notification is displayed as to whether the cancellation of the subscription was successful.
Please noteIf a message with the heading Error is displayed, you have taken out a non-cancellable payment plan that ends after a period previously specified at the time of purchase. Contact the Digistore24 support team if you have any questions.
Please noteIf you only have the option to contact the product vendor under I want to cancel payments, you have taken out the subscription as a commercial buyer. In this case, other cancellation periods may apply, so it is not possible to cancel the subscription automatically.
In this case, proceed as follows:
