Under the Reports menu item, you as a vendor and/or affiliate can view your sales and all related information.
In the following, we answer your most important questions about reports.
What does "recurring revenue" mean?
Recurring revenue is the amount of the second payment for subscriptions and installments after the customer has settled the first payment. You can offer a special price for the first installment/payment for subscriptions or installments, e.g., only €1 instead of €9.99. All subsequent payments have the same fixed amount. That's why we call this amount the second payment, as it refers to the amount of the second and all following payments.
You can find this key figure under Reports > Sales; both in the list itself (per product) and to the right of the number of results (as the sum of all second payment amounts).
Recurring revenue as a separate column in the table
Recurring revenue describes the amount of the recurring payment that a customer should pay for subscription or installment payments starting with the second and all subsequent payments for the product. This is only the case if it is not a single payment. Logically, sales with single payments are not included in recurring revenue.
Recurring revenue placed as a total above the table
Recurring revenue here represents the sum of all amounts of the second payments of subscription or installment payments. Each installment and subscription product has a fixed amount as the second payment. These amounts are added here to an overview for all products with second payments.
Please note that this total figure is not always meaningful because both the monthly and annual second payments of subscription and installment payments and already canceled subscription payments are included. The result, therefore, does not reflect the amount you make in sales within a year, e.g., because a) monthly payments would then have to be calculated multiple times and b) canceled subscriptions would have to be deducted. However, there is a solution:
Show total recurring payments without canceled subscriptions
In the search mask, under Payment status, only select the Payments in progress option. This way, all canceled subscriptions will be automatically deducted from the recurring revenue. Keep in mind that monthly and annual second payments will still be added. There's a solution for this as well:
View the total of all amounts of only monthly recurring revenue
Here we should differentiate what exactly you're looking for.
-
Option A
Are you looking for recurring revenue to be displayed in which all annual payments of subscriptions and installments have been filtered out? In short, only subscriptions and installments with monthly payments should be included in the recurring revenue total?
Then the answer is: No, this is not filterable via the search mask.
-
Option B
Are you looking for recurring revenue to be displayed per month that can include monthly and annual second payments? In short, the total of recurring revenue should be limited to one month, in which all accruing revenue (both monthly installments and annual payments) are included in this total?
Then the answer is: Yes, it is possible. Read the next section to find out.
What is my recurring revenue in a month?
You can view the amount of your recurring revenue in a month under Reports > Sales if you enter the desired time window in the search mask. To do this, select the last day of the month in the search mask under the Next payment until field. For Payment status, select the Payments in progress option.
The value recurring revenue above the table now shows the sum of the amounts of all second payments in the period you specified and only for active subscription and installment payments.
To calculate the expected revenue for a longer period than in a month, change the value under the Next payment from field accordingly.

How do I gain insights into the history of a sale?
For example, you want to know whether a customer who made a chargeback has since paid and resumed payment. You can find out by taking a closer look at the details of the chargeback transaction.
This is how you display the sales history:
- In the vendor view, go to Reports > Transactions.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon of the transaction you want to check.
- Scroll down to Transactions.
Now you'll get a detailed insight into the transaction history.
Where can I view my upsell sales?
Under Reports > Analytics you can see a list of all your upsell flow trees in the overview, as well as their performance as a whole. Each upsell flow tree is represented by its initial product. You can see the performance of the individual tree elements by clicking on the respective magnifying glass icon in the list.
