As a vendor, you can request the user right that allows you to set a 0-day return policy for products:

1. Create the product.
2. Create a new return policy or use a previously created return policy.
   The return policy can include any return timeframe.
3. Submit the product for review.
4. Once we have approved your product, you can request the 0-day return policy here by email.

   Please note
   We will only review your request once the product has been approved.  

If we approve your request, you can select the 0-day return policy in the Return policy. All future sales of the product will then have a 0-day return policy.

Please note
Whether we can grant the user right shall be at our discretion.

Possible decision criteria:

• You have made more than 100 sales
• and/or you have earned at least €30,000 net through Digistore24
