Payouts are made automatically on regular payout dates provided there are enough earnings on your Digistore24 account to reach the payout threshold.

Dates and thresholds

Payouts are possible on four regular dates per calendar month.

• Payouts are only possible on these dates.
• You can choose one, two, or all four dates.
• Digistore24 will transfer the money on the payout dates. From then on, it can take up to ten business days for the money to arrive in your account.

The payout threshold specifies the earnings that will trigger an automatic payout for each payout date.

• For each date, there is a preset minimum amount for the payout. A payout is only possible on the dates when the earnings accumulated on your Digistore24 account reach the minimum amount.
• You can set a higher payout threshold, e.g., because you want payouts in increments of €500.

Payout amount

When you receive a payout, you will be paid the total amount of earnings that have accumulated on your Digistore24 account since your last payout. (Please note any deductions.)

Set dates and thresholds

To set the payout dates and the payout threshold, proceed as follows:

1. Go to Account > Payout account in the vendor or affiliate view.
2. In the Payouts per month field, select the dates on which a payout should be made.
3. Enter a desired amount in the Payout threshold field.
   Example
   Please note the security deposit.
   • €40 > A payout is not possible because the lowest minimum amount for a payout is €50.
   • €75 > A payout is only possible on the 7th of the month, as all other payout dates have a higher minimum amount. Although the minimum amount for this date is €50, the payout will only be made when your earnings reach the threshold you set.
   • €400 > The payout will be made on any selected payout date if your earnings reach the threshold you set.
