Introduction

You can track the status of your payout as a vendor/affiliate at any time in your Digistore24 account. This will help you answer the following questions:

• Which payouts are still pending?
• Which payouts are still held as a security retention?
• When will the security retentions be ready for payout?

Step-by-step instructions

Option 1: Reports > Commissions

Here you will find filter options, for example, for the following points:

• pending payouts
• already completed payouts
• payout of vendor shares
• commission payout
• joint venture payouts

Use these to view your desired figures.

Proceed as follows:

1. In your vendor or affiliate view, open Reports > Commissions.
2. Set your desired filters, for example:
   • Desired time period
   • Already paid > No
   • Commission type > Vendor share
3. Click on Search.
4. In the search results list, you can now see:
   • Which vendor shares are still pending: Column Payout amount.
   • When these payouts will occur: Column Payout on.

Option 2: Reports > Transactions

Here you can see the exact breakdown of payout funds for each product individually:

1. In the vendor view, go to Reports > Transactions.
2. Click on the magnifying glass icon to view an order in more detail.
3. Scroll down in the order details to commissions.
4. In the search results list, you can now see:
   • Which vendor shares are still pending: Column Commission reason.
   • When these payouts will occur: Column Payout on.
