Embed social proof

You can embed the social proof on your web pages.

  • You can embed the social proof bubble on your order form.
  • You can embed the social proof bubble or social proof box on your sales page.

Embed ssocial proof bubble on order form

  1. Go to the vendor view Account > Products.
  2. Click on the pencil icon next to the desired product.
  3. Switch to the Order form tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Order form window and select an already created social proof bubble in the Social proof bubble field.
  5. Click on Save at the bottom of the page. If Yes is selected in the Active field of the social proof bubble settings, the Bubble will be displayed immediately.

Embed social proof on sales page

  1. Go to the vendor view Account > Conversion tools.
  2. Switch to the Social proof tab.
  3. Click on the pencil icon for an already created social proof bubble or an already created social proof box.
  4. Scroll down to the Embed section. Here you will find three ways to embed the social proof on your page:
    • For WordPress, copy the shortcode and paste it into your page. To do this, you need the Digistore24 WordPress plugin (from version 2.20) or alternatively the DigiMember plugin (from version 2.060.008). You can add the Digistore24 plugin to WordPress under Plugins. If the shortcode does not work, despite you having installed the plugin, click on Update under Plugins > Digistore24 plugin. Finally, make sure that the plugin is activated.
    • Alternatively, you can integrate the HTML code into your page.
    • If you are a software developer or are being supported by a software developer, you can use the API URL to integrate the social proof into your page via an interface.
