With Zapier, you can automate many recurring processes, such as transferring order data to a Google Sheet. Using our pre-configured IPN connections you can link Zapier with Digistore24 with just a few clicks.

To connect Zapier to Digistore24:

1. Click on this link and sign up for Zapier if you don't have an account yet.
2. Click on the button Make a Zap! 
3. Select Digistore24 as the trigger app.
4. Choose one of the following three triggers:
   • New Eticket Event

     When an e-ticket has been created, used, or updated.

   • New Affiliate Approved

     When an affiliate partnership has been approved.

   • New Order Event

     When a new order has been received.

5. Connect your Digistore24 account to Zapier.

   Now Zapier should appear in the list of your integrations (IPN) on Digistore24.
   

6. Select the product you want to use with Zapier.
   • If you haven't created a product under Digistore24 yet, find more information here. If your product does not appear, click in the drop-down menu on Check digistore24 & reload to bring in new choices.
   • If you want, you can also use multiple products at the same time: To do this, click on the + and add another product in the drop-down. You can use this function as often as you like.
7. Depending on what you selected in point 4, additional data will now be displayed:
   1. New Eticket Event:
      • Eticket Events

        Select which e-ticket events should activate this Zap (e.g., E-ticket created, E-ticket used)

      • Send Incomplete Etickets

        If you select "yes" here, this Zap will always be activated when the event you set is triggered. If you select "no", the Zap will only be activated when all important e-ticket data is actually available.

   2. New Affiliate Approved - no additional fields

   3. New Order Event
      • Event

        Select which events you want to receive notifications for (e.g., payment, refund)

      • Send for Follow-up Payments

        Select whether the Zap should also be activated if further payments for this order follow (e.g., installment or subscription payment).

8. Now you should make a test order in Digistore24. Find here a step-by-step guide. Scroll down to sub-item 1: “Make a test payment”.
9. Select an action app of your choice.

   How you link Digistore24 with Zapier is entirely up to you. If you need an overview of the most popular features, get inspiration from this help guide from Zapier. The most-used action apps in connection with Digistore24 are Google Sheets and Gmail.

   For example, you can automate that Google Sheets automatically saves order data in a table or that Gmail creates and sends a new email.

10. Select an action that the action app you have chosen should perform.
11. Connect Zapier to your action app. We will show you the process using the example of sending emails via Gmail.
12. Depending on what you selected in steps 9 and 10, you should now create an appropriate template for Zapier. Find here a step-by-step guide.
13. Now check your settings. If you are satisfied, test Zapier and proceed to the next step.
14. If you have done everything correctly, the test was successful. Now click on Finish, give the Zap a name of your choice and activate your new Zap by switching to YOUR ZAP IS ON.

You have now successfully set up Zapier!
