JetPack is a tool for processing orders. You can connect JetPack to Digistore24. This transfers data to JetPack and can be used for fulfillment purposes.

To connect JetPack to Digistore24, you need to set up an IPN connection for the target system JetPack in Digistore24.

Requirements

• You already have a JetPack account.
• You know your JetPack API username as well as your JetPack API password.

If you don’t know your API username and password yet, contact JetPack support.

Set up IPN connection

1. Log into your Digistore24 account.
2. Go to the Vendor view and open Settings > Integrations (IPN).
3. Click on the Add new connection button. An overview of the connections will now be displayed.
4. Click on the JetPack card. The input form will now open.
5. Enter a Name. This is only visible to you.
6. Select for which products an IPN should be sent in the For products field.
7. Select whether an IPN should also be sent when the products are purchased as add-ons in the For add-ons field.
8. You can select in which product languages an IPN should be sent in the For orders in these languages field.
9. You can select for which shipping countries an IPN should be sent in the For deliveries to these countries field.
10. You can select for which resellers an IPN should be sent in the For orders from this reseller field.
11. You can select for which events an IPN should be sent in the Send notification field.
12. Select whether an IPN should also be sent for test purchases in the Deliver test orders field.
13. Select whether to send the individual orders of an upsell sale bundled in one IPN or in separate IPNs in the Group upsells field.

    Only IPNs for products selected in the For products field will be sent.

14. If you selected No in the Group upsells field: Select whether the individual products of an add-on sale should be sent bundled in one IPN or in separate IPNs in the One IPN call per add-on field.

15. Enter your JetPack API username.
16. Enter your JetPack API password.
17. Enter the JetPack stock keeping units (SKUs) in the Sku mapping field for the corresponding Digistore24 products.

    Note
    If you want to enter multiple SKUs in one field, separate them with commas.

    Note
    If you do not specify JetPack SKU, Digistore24 product ID will be used as SKU.

18. Select whether the connection should be active immediately after saving in the Active field.
19. You can enter one or more email addresses in the Email address for error notifications field. If errors occur during IPN delivery, you will be notified via these email addresses.
20. Click on Save. The IPN connection is set up.

Note
Use the Test connection button to check whether the IPN connection you have set up actually works and IPNs are transferred to the target system.

Tip

You can create multiple IPN connections for a target system and thereby cover different use cases. The use cases that are possible and sensible also depend on the target system.

Examples

• Data is to be transferred to multiple email lists or campaigns.
• When a payment is made, the customer should be added to an email list, and when a refund occurs, the customer should be removed from an email list.
• For certain products an IPN should only be sent for customer orders, for other products it should also be sent for affiliate partnerships.

Set up a separate IPN connection for each use case for the respective target system.
