The SOAP interface has been supplemented with a REST interface. If you have already connected CleverReach to Digistore24, check if your connection is running on a SOAP interface. If yes, transfer your existing connection to the REST interface to get the latest version. Follow the steps described here .
CleverReach is a software that allows you to implement your email marketing campaigns. With the help of a pre-configured IPN, you can connect CleverReach to Digistore24 as a vendor. To do this, proceed as described here .
Set up connection
- Log into your Digistore24 account.
- In the Vendor view, click on Settings > Integrations (IPN).
- Click on the Add new connection button.
- Select CleverReach (REST). You will then be redirected to the CleverReach page.
- Log into your CleverReach account.
- After successfully logging in, you can configure the connection. For more information, see the CleverReach help center.
Update connection
You update your existing connections by creating new ones and deactivating the old ones.
Proceed as follows:
- Create a new connection for each CleverReach IPN connection in your account. Use the guide described above to do this.
- Make sure that the newly created connections are not active and check the functionality first using the Test connection button.
- If your new connections work, you can deactivate the old ones.
- Then activate the new connections.
- Delete your old connections once you're certain that the new ones work properly.
