Approval criteria for marketplace entries

On the Digistore24 marketplace, you as a vendor list your products for affiliates to find and promote.

Each marketplace entry is reviewed by Digistore24 and only approved and published after successful review. This ensures the quality and seriousness of the marketplace entries. The review is based on various approval criteria.

Criteria	Explanation
Headline and description	Headline and description should correspond to each other. Description: 1) Create a short description of the product. Note that the description is aimed at affiliates, not end customers. 2) Explain in detail why it is worthwhile for affiliates to promote this product.
Accessibility	The sales page of the product should be accessible. A buy button is not required. However, if you use a buy button, it should link to our Digistore24 order form. Please refer to these approval criteria for your sales page.
One marketplace entry per product*	Only one marketplace entry can be approved per product per language. Important If multiple vendors have sales licenses for a product, only one marketplace entry can be approved. That means: If vendor 1 has already created a marketplace entry for a product with multiple sales licenses, we cannot approve the marketplace entry for the same product from vendor 2. We ask for your understanding. This rule ensures the quality of entries on the marketplace and prevents spam from duplicate products.
One marketplace entry per product variant	Only one marketplace entry can be approved for product variants. Example If you offer a product as a subscription with basic, plus, and premium packages, only one marketplace entry may be created for these three product variants – especially if all variants lead to the same sales page. Tips for a successful marketplace entry

Choose a short, informative description that gives the affiliate the most important information about your product and its benefits.
Create an affiliate support page where affiliates can find helpful information about promoting a product.
