This information refers to selling products through Digistore GmbH. If you would like to sell your products through the reseller Digistore24 Inc., please follow these approval criteria.
Attention
Your thank you page will be reviewed as part of the approval process for your product. Please do not request approval until your product and thank you page are ready and fully functional.
Your customers will be redirected to the Digistore24 order confirmation page or to your own thank you page directly after they’ve successfully purchased your product. Below you will find the approval criteria for your thank you page.
1. Approval criteria for thank you pages
If you’ve decided to use your own thank you page, you should keep in mind the following criteria:

Your thank you page should be accessible. The link must not lead to nowhere. Please also make sure your page is serious and professional. |
| Product delivery |
Explain explicitly on your thank you page in which format customers will receive the product (digitally or by post). |
| Next steps |
Explain the next steps to your customers. They want to know what will happen next and how they will gain access to their product. We recommend that you guide customers through the next steps as best you can in order to avoid uncertainty and resulting cancellations and chargebacks. |
| Contact details |
Offer customers the opportunity to contact you in case of any concerns, worries or questions about the product. |
| Note on thank you page |
Make sure you add the following note to your thank you page: "The debiting is performed by Digistore24." This significantly reduces the rate of chargebacks and thus the amount of support required, as customers can easily identify the debit. |

2. Request approval for thank you page
When you request approval for your product, your thank you page will also be checked against the criteria mentioned above. You cannot request approval for your thank you page separately. Therefore, make sure that both your product and thank you page meet the respective criteria before requesting approval for them. To request approval, proceed as described here.
