Digistore24 can notify your marketing software (e.g. Klick-Tipp) of the sales and revenue achieved via S2S (= server-to-server) postback. With S2S postback, you can efficiently track and optimize your campaigns as both an affiliate and vendor.

• As an affiliate, you set up S2S postback under Account > S2S Postback.
• As a vendor, you set up S2S postback under Settings > IPN.

The process only works with marketing software that supports S2S postback URLs. If you are unsure whether your marketing software has the S2S postback feature, please contact the support team of your marketing system.

How does S2S postback work?

With S2S postback, you connect your marketing software to Digistore24.

Here is an overview of the process for vendors and affiliates:

• Create a promolink or content link in Digistore24.
• Create an advertising link in your marketing software that redirects visitors to your Digistore24 promolink or content link.
• Every visitor who clicks on the advertising link is directed to the sales page via the promolink or content link.
• As soon as the visitor has made a purchase, Digistore24 notifies your marketing software of the sales via S2S postback.
