The sending of IPNs is automated by Digistore24. However, it is possible for you to resend an IPN manually. This is useful if the automated sending of an IPN was unsuccessful, e.g. because the target system was temporarily unavailable. By resending the IPN, the information will still arrive at the target system.
There are two ways to resend an IPN:
- via IPN reports
- via transaction reports
You have different filtering options for each area. For example, in the IPN reports you can filter by target system, while in the transaction reports you can filter by billing type. Use the area where you can find the corresponding IPN most quickly based on the information available to you.
Tip
You can always check whether the IPN was sent successfully by going to IPN reports and looking in the Call successful field. You can also filter by this field.
