You can block customers, e.g. as a result of a negative experience with them following a dunning procedure. If you suspect fraud, please contact support@digistore24.com with your concerns. We will review the customer and can block them for you.
Blocked customers cannot purchase any of your products.
To block a customer, proceed as follows:

Go to Settings > Blocklist in the vendor view.

Open the Email tab.

Enter the email address of the customer you want to block in the Email blocklist field. You can also enter part of an email address, e.g. only the domain.

Insert one entry per line.

All email addresses that contain a blacklist entry are blocked accordingly.

You can add comments by prefixing them with #.

Enter email addresses that contain the blacklist entry in the Test field. This way, you can check whether they have been blacklisted or not.

Click on Save. The test result will now be displayed.
