PayPal as payout method
Digistore24 uses PayPal mass payments to transfer payouts to vendors and affiliates who have selected PayPal as their payout method.
With mass payments:
Digistore24 initiates the PayPal transfer
PayPal charges a payout fee
Digistore24 pays this fee to PayPal and deducts it directly from your payout amount
This process applies only if PayPal is selected as your payout method.
PayPal payout fee structure
The PayPal payout fee is either a standard percentage of the payout amount or a fixed fee for higher payout amounts.
This fee structure applies globally, including:
- European Union (EU)
- European Economic Area (EEA)
- All other countries worldwide
Standard fee
- 2.5% of the payout amount
This applies unless one of the fixed-fee thresholds below is exceeded.

Higher amounts within the EU / EEA
For payout accounts located within the European Economic Area (EEA), the fee is capped once the payout exceeds the following thresholds:

- Open the PDF invoice
- Check the section “Fees for additional services”
When are these fees charged?
