You can specify that no IPNs or emails should be sent for a transaction for one hour. This allows you to make changes to a transaction, e.g. make a refund, without informing the buyer via email or triggering the sending of an IPN.

1. Log into your Digistore24 account.
2. Go to Reports > Transactions in the vendor view. An overview of all transactions will be displayed.
3. If you want to filter the overview: Enter an Order ID in the fields above the overview or select filter criteria and then click on Search. A filtered overview of the transactions will be displayed.
4. Click on the magnifying glass icon for a transaction in the overview. The detailed view of the transaction will open.
5. Click on the Pause IPN & email dispatch button under the Journal card.
6. Confirm the following message with Yes. The sending of IPNs and emails will be paused for one hour.
