Tracify is a tool that allows you to track and attribute marketing activities. You can connect Tracify to Digistore24. This means that events are transferred to Tracify and can be analyzed there, e.g. page views, product views, adding products to the shopping cart , and product purchases.
To connect Tracify to Digistore24, you need to set up an IPN connection and a tracking pixel for the Tracify target system in Digistore24.

Requirements
- You already have a Tracify account.
- You know the following details:
- Your Tracify Customer Site ID (CSID)
- Your Tracify Server 2 Server Token
If you do not have these details, please contact Tracify support first.
Set up IPN connection
- Log into your Digistore24 account.
- In the Vendor view, go to Settings > Integrations (IPN).
- Click on the Add new connection button. An overview of the connections will be displayed.
- Click on the Tracify card. The input form will open.
- Enter a Name. This is only visible to you.
- In the For products field, select for which products an IPN should be sent.
- In the For add-ons field, select whether an IPN should also be sent when the products are purchased as add-ons.
- In the For orders in these languages field, you can select for which product languages an IPN should be sent.
- Enter your Tracify Server 2 Server Token.
- Enter your Tracify Customer Site ID (CSID).
- In the Use the Tracify development environment field, select whether data should be transferred to the development environment or production environment of Tracify.
Note
The default setting is No, so data will be transferred to the production environment. Transferring data to the development environment can be useful during your onboarding at Tracify.
Please also note that the Tracify server token and the CSID differ for the development and production environments. Enter the correct data for each environment.
If you are unsure, contact Tracify support.
- In the Active field, select whether the connection should be active immediately after saving.
- In the IPN notification will be sent field, select under which conditions an IPN should be sent.

More information can be found here: Offer newsletter on the order form. - In the Email address for error notifications field, you can enter one or more email addresses. If there are errors during IPN delivery, you will be informed via these email addresses.
- Click on the Save button. The IPN connection is set up.
Set up tracking pixel
- Log into your Digistore24 account.
- Go to Settings > Order Form Tracking.
- Click on the Set up new tracking button. The input form will open.
- Enter a Name. This is only visible to you.
- In the Active field, select whether the setup should be active immediately after saving.
- In the Show cookie banner field, select whether a cookie banner should be displayed.
- In the For products field, select for which of your products the setup should apply.
- In the Sales types field, select for which sales types the setup should apply.
- In the Add to field, select the Order form option.
- In the Tracking type field, select the Tracify option.
- Enter your Tracify Customer Site ID (CSID).

Enter the same CSID here as when setting up the IPN connection. - In the Use the Tracify development environment field, select whether data should be transferred to the development environment or production environment of Tracify.

Select the same option here as when setting up the IPN connection. - In the Activate fingerprinting field, select whether you want to enable fingerprinting. If Yes, visitors will be analyzed based on browser characteristics.
- Click on the Save button. The tracking pixel is set up.
You have set up the IPN connection and the tracking pixel. Tracify is now connected to Digistore24.
