You can test an IPN connection. This allows you to check whether the IPN connection works and IPNs are transferred to the target system.
- Log into your Digistore24 account.
- Go to Settings > Integrations (IPN) configuration configuration in the vendor view.
- Click on the pencil icon to edit the IPN connection.
- Scroll down and click on Test connection. The page will reload and a success message or error message will be displayed.
- If an error message is displayed: make the necessary changes and click on Test connection again.

Clicking on the button Test connection will automatically save your changes.
Note
You can test an IPN connection once you set it up. Fill in the required fields. First click on the button Save and then on the button Test connection. This will allow you to make sure that the IPN connection works right from the very outset.
