I have placed an order on Digistore24

Do I need a connection between DigiMember – Klick-Tipp if I already have connected Klick-Tipp to Digistore24?

You do not need the connection DigiMember – Klick-Tipp if you have connected Klick-Tipp to DigiStore24. The connection DigiStore24 – Klick-Tipp is more efficient. In DigiStore24 you implement the connection to Klick-Tipp via Settings > Integrations (IPN) configuration configuration . For this, you have the following options:

  • Klick-Tipp (email integration) corresponds to the DigiMember connection
  • Klick-Tipp (full integration) is the new simple connection which also supports the tags

We recommend to use the full integration to be able to use the tag-based system of Klick-Tipp.
