I have placed an order on Digistore24

Grant multiple accesses in one order with DigiMember

With Digistore24 and Sendlane, multiple accesses can be sold in one order. This is done via the feature "Additional input fields".

Allow product to be bought multiple times

  • Under Account – Products in the product details in the tab Properties
  • in the section Sales limits
  • in the setting Maximum quantity per sale, select: (No limit)

Set up additional input fields

  1. In Digistore24, go to Account – Additional input fields
  2. Select: Create form
  3. Set: Show input fields ... directly after the purchase on a separate page
  4. Under Multiple orders ... show once per bought quantity
  5. Products: Click on the products for which accesses are to be created in Sendlane
    Headline (e.g.): "Enter course participants"
  6. Description (e.g.): "Please enter the names and email addresses of all participants who are to receive access here. The access data will be sent to the participants by email within 10 minutes."
  7. Save: Under Add input field, create three fields:
    1. Type: Email. Name (internal): Email (this name does not matter)
      Label: Email (this is displayed on the input form as the field name)
      Must be provided: YES
    2. Type: First name. Name (internal): First name
      Label: First name
      Must be provided: YES
    3. Type: Last name. Name (internal): Last name
      Label: Last name
      Must be provided: YES
  8. Save each of these three fields

Prepare IPN connection on Sendlane page

  1. In the WordPress admin area, select:
    Sendlane - Payment provider
    + Add
  2. For Digistore24 product IDs, enter the Digistore24 product ID (or IDs)
  3. Click on Apply change
  4. Copy the Notification URL to the clipboard

Set up IPN connection on Digistore24 page

  • In the vendor view, go to:
    Settings > Integrations (IPN) configuration configuration
    Add new connection
  • For products: Select the appropriate products for which you want to create a Sendlane account
  • Send notifications for: filled-in additional input fields
  • Notification URL: Paste this from the clipboard
    Note

    For security reasons, you can only enter a URL with an SSL certificate. A URL with an SSL certificate starts with https://

    There are various ways to get an SSL certificate for free. Many web providers support the free and automatic setup of an SSL certificate with LetsEncrypt. For more information, contact your web provider.

  • Click on Save

Test purchase

Make a test purchase. Order, for example, three products and check that you receive three accesses.

Differences to the default connection

For this connection, the access data is not displayed on the thank you page.
The email with the access data arrives 3–4 minutes after filling out the form.
