Connect Klick-Tipp to Digistore24

Klick-Tipp is an email marketing tool with an integrated autoresponder, newsletter, and tagging system. You can connect Klick-Tipp to Digistore24. This way, contacts are transferred to Klick-Tipp and can be used there e.g. for campaigns.

To connect Klick-Tipp to Digistore24, you first need to set up an IPN connection for the Klick-Tipp target system in Digistore24. Then complete the connection setup in Klick-Tipp.

Requirements

  • You already have a Klick-Tipp account.
  • You have created at least one product in Digistore24.

Set up connection in Digistore24

    1. Log into your Digistore24 account.
    2. Go to the Vendor view Settings > Integrations (IPN).
    3. Click on the Add new connection button. An overview of the connections will now be displayed.
    4. Click on the Klick-Tipp card. The input form will now open.
    5. Enter a Name. This is only visible to you.
    6. Select for which products an IPN should be sent in the For products field.
    7. Select whether an IPN should also be sent when the products are purchased as add-ons in the For add-ons field.
    8. You can select in which product languages an IPN should be sent in the For orders in these languages field.
    9. Select for which events an IPN should be sent in the Send notifications for field. Additional input fields will appear depending on what you select here.
    10. If applicable: You can select for which affiliate partnership events an IPN should be sent in the For new affiliates field.
    11. Select whether the connection should be active immediately after saving in the Active field.
    12. Select under which conditions an IPN should be sent in the IPN notification is sent field.

    13. You can enter one or more email addresses in the Email address for error notifications field. If errors occur during IPN delivery, you will be notified via these email addresses.
    14. Click on Save. The IPN connection is set up.

Set up connection in Klick-Tipp

Once you've set up the IPN connection in Digistore24, you can complete the setup in Klick-Tipp. To do this, link your Digistore24 account and Digistore24 products to Klick-Tipp. You can find out how this works in this guide.
