The Digistore24 app for iPhone/iPad and Android lets you keep an eye on your sales and transactions at all times. You can quickly switch between your different accounts and receive push notifications about successful sales.
You can also use the app to redeem e-tickets for your events, manage your discount codes, and set up two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure your account.
Please noteIf you already have a Digistore24 account, you can log into the app using your email address and Digistore24 password. If you don't have an account yet, register via a browser first.
TipThere are tutorials in the Digistore24 app that show and explain all the important functions. To find out more, open the Tutorial menu item in the app.
Functions of the Digistore24 app
View your KPIs in dashboards
The Dashboard tab gives you access to dashboards. This is where you can track your KPIs, e.g. sales and earnings, in the vendor or affiliate view in real time.
You can specify directly in the app which information you want to see in dashboards. For example, you can create new dashboards, add KPIs, control the display of KPIs using filters, and select the currency in which the KPIs should be displayed.
Please noteDashbaords in the app are separate from dashboards in the web application. If you make adjustments in dashboards in the app, these are not transferred to the web application.
View and promote products on the marketplace
You can access the Digistore24 marketplace in the Marketplace tab. The Digistore24 marketplace is where you'll find products that have been listed by vendors. You can promote these products and receive commissions for doing so.
You can search for marketplace listings in the app and sort and filter the marketplace listings using a variety of criteria. This allows you to quickly find the right product to promote. You can also request the promolinks that you need to promote the products.

View your transactions
In the Transactions tab, you can see an overview list of your transactions such as payments, returns, and chargebacks. You can select the period of the transactions and sort them by date or amount earned.
Click on a transaction to open the detailed view. Here you will find information such as the product ID, order ID, and transaction details, e.g. the payment method.
The app also offers a comprehensive search function. You can find transactions by searching for an order ID or by entering a product, customer information, or transaction details in a detailed search.
TipYou can set up push notifications for every successful sale. If required, you can then view the details of the sale directly in the transactions.
Validate e-tickets
In the E-Ticket Scanner tab, you can scan and validate the e-tickets for your local events and seminars. To do this, select the e-ticket template, the venue, and the date of the event. You can then open your camera via Scan and scan the QR code on the ticket.
Please noteIf one of your employees needs to control access to your event, they will need account access with 2nd level support authorization.
Manage your discount codes
In the Discount codes tab, you can manage your discount codes. Your already created discount codes are displayed in an overview. You can sort the overview, e.g., by creation date.
You can edit, activate/deactivate, duplicate, or delete the discount codes. You can also create new discount codes.
You can use a search function to find discount codes by entering the name or filtering the discount codes, e.g., by assigned products.
Please noteThe app provides you with the most important functions for configuring discount codes. If you want to access all functions, use the web application under Product setup > Discount codes.
Set up 2-factor authentication
You secure your Digistore24 account with two-factor authentication (2FA). The Digistore24 app offers secure and convenient use of 2FA: Use 2FA with Digistore24 app.
Please noteIf you use two-factor authentication with the Digistore24 app, you must activate the notifications on your smartphone/tablet (see Digistore24 app settings).
Digistore24 app with multiple accounts
If you use multiple Digistore24 accounts, you can set them up in the app. You can then quickly switch between accounts and access their KPIs and transactions. To do this, open the menu entry with the Digistore24 ID of the account you are currently using.
Please noteIf you have assigned account access for other accounts, they will not be able to access your account via the app. This is only possible via the web application.
Digistore24 app settings
In the app settings tab, you can configure the Digistore24 app, provide feedback, and access legal information.
General overview
You have the following options:
- You can change the language and choose from German, English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish.
- You can change the app time zone. By default, the time zone of your device is selected.
- You can change the mode and activate dark mode, for example.
- You can rate the app and provide feedback.
- You have access to the legal notice, data protection information, and the terms and conditions. You can also change your settings in the privacy manager.
Configure notifications
In the Notifications menu, you can activate or deactivate two types of notifications:

Notifications for sales
Activate this option if you want to receive a notification for every sale.

Notifications for two-factor authentication
Activate this option if you have set up two-factor authentication with the Digistore24 app (see Use 2FA with Digistore24 app).
This is necessary for you to receive the notifications to log into your Digistore24 account.
AttentionYou will only receive enabled notifications if you have also allowed notifications for the Digistore24 app in the settings of your smartphone/tablet.
