2. View emails that your customers have received from Digistore24
Step-by-step guide
- In the Vendor view, go to Reports > Transactions.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon to access the order details.
- Scroll down to the Journal window.
Here you can see which automated emails your customer has received and when they received them.
